BOARD MEETINGS
The Board of Directors typically meets at the Club House on the third Wednesday of the month. In the event of a change in a meeting date or meeting location, members will be notified in advance via email.
Meetings are called to order at 7:00 PM, and are adjourned at approximately 9:00 PM.
Members reserve the right to attend Board meetings and may address the Board if a request is made of the Club Secretary at least seven days in advance. Such requests must be specific as to the issue or issues the member wishes to address.
Otherwise, members may be heard only at the discretion of the Commodore.
In the event the Commodore calls the Board into Executive Session, members will be excused from the meeting.
