In accordance with Article IX, Section 1 of the Newburyport Yacht Club Bylaws, Commodore Michael Barry has appointed the following members to serve on the 2008 Nominating Committee:

2008 NOMINATING COMMITTEE – DEADLINE EXTENSION
Due to the lack of interest evidenced to date among the membership in participating in the critical process of managing the Club’s affairs over the coming year, the 2008 Nominating Committee has extended the deadline for submitting expressions of interest in serving on the Board of Directors.
If you are interested in serving on the Board for a term of one year, please submit written notice to that effect to the Club office no later than Friday, August 22nd.
