LEASING OPPORTUNITES
Subject to availability, the Club leases slips on a seasonal basis only.
Our renters enjoy all the privileges of membership except the right to attend and vote at meetings of the membership.
Subject to availability, the Club also leases winter land storage on a seasonal basis to owners of powerboats and sailboats up to 50 LOA. The winter storage rental rate includes one haul and one launch.
(The Club cannot accommodate wooden boats.)

The terms and conditions of the Leasing Contract apply to both seasonal slip and winter land storage rentals.
Please note especially that our slips generally are all leased by early April, and winter land storage areas by early August.
