Swipe Card/Key Fob Order Form

Access to the Marina, pool area, and bathrooms requires either a Swipe Card or Key Fob. The Card/Fob is programmed with a unique “identity code,” which is recorded each time it is used to activate the security system.

Members may order a maximum of four Cards/Fobs at $15.00 each.

In the event a Card/Fob is lost, replacements are available in the Club Office at $15.00 each.
