Member Private Event Request Form

Plans for private events are subject to Board approval when there will be 10 or more people in attendance and/or when the event is scheduled to end later than 6 PM and/or when there will be a live band or DJ.

This form is to be submitted to the Club Office at least 14 days prior to the proposed event.

Members and and their guests do not have exclusive rights to the use of any of the Club facilities before, during, or after the event.

I have read and agree to abide by the Club’s Rules & Regulations pertaining to the hosting of private events, especially as they relate to my conduct and that of my guests.

I also understand that you will charge my credit card upon completion of this form, and if the club cannot accomodate my reservation, the club will refund my deposit.
